This circular route begins at the Barranc d’Irta parking area and explores one of the best preserved traditional landscapes of the Sierra d’Irta. Along the route visitors can observe dry stone walls and agricultural terraces, built to adapt the land for farming. Part of the route follows an old cart track, where the marks carved into the rock by cart wheels can still be seen. Several examples of traditional rural architecture can also be found along the route, including cabirons huts, corrals and small stone shelters, linked to the historical farming and livestock activities of the area.
