Since 1990, the Peñíscola Municipal Tourist Information Office has been part of the Network of Tourist Information Offices of the Valencian Community known as TOURIST INFO, which covers the whole of the Valencian Community and is currently under the authority of the Peñíscola Tourist Department.
The general objective of the Network is to offer, within the Valencian Community, a comprehensive set of tourist information services that are homogeneous in terms of content, instruments, supports and interactive mechanisms, with the aim of improving the degree of satisfaction of the tourists who visit us.

Summer: Monday to Sunday: 10am to 8pm.
Holy Week: Week before Easter from 10am to 7pm. Maundy Thursday to Easter Monday from 10am to 8pm.
May, June, end of September and beginning of October: Monday to Sunday: 10am to 7pm.
Rest of the year: Monday to Saturday: 9.30am to 5.30pm. Saturdays: from 9.30h to 14h and from 15h to 17.30h. Sundays and public holidays: from 10am to 1.30pm. Closed on 1 and 6 January, 25 and 26 December.
